Rent Guarantee and legal expenses included.
The demand and collection of rent on your behalf
The forwarding of rent to your Bank or Building Society.
Preparation and submission of regular statements on a monthly basis.

Organise an Inventory and Check-in.
Arrange payment of all relevant outgoings as instructed e.g. service charge, insurance , ground rent – to be settled from rent received.
Carry out inspection on a Four monthly basis and provide a report.
